The brand wallet: deposits, returned budgets, and withdrawals
The wallet is your Shoot balance in one place. Money lands there two ways: you deposit it, or an ended campaign returns its unspent budget.
Money in
- Deposits. Top up your wallet by card any time — there's no fee on the way in. Shoot's 7% is charged as campaigns pay creators.
- Returned campaign budget. When you end a campaign, whatever creators didn't earn comes back to your wallet automatically, less Shoot's 7%.
Money out
- Fund campaigns instantly. Use your balance to fund a new campaign or top up a live one — no waiting, no bank transfer.
- Withdraw via support. Want money out of Shoot entirely? Contact support and we'll return it to your original payment method. Routing withdrawals through support keeps every refund verified and protects both brands and creators from fraud.
Find your wallet in the brand sidebar — it shows your balance and your full payment history: deposits, campaign funding, and returned budgets.
Frequently asked
Is there a fee to withdraw?+
Support-assisted withdrawals are returned to your original payment method. Any applicable processing details are confirmed with you before anything moves.
Why can't I withdraw instantly myself?+
Brand money enters by card, and card payments can be disputed long after the fact. Verifying refunds through support is what lets Shoot guarantee creators that funded budgets are real.
Does wallet money expire?+
No. Your balance stays available until you spend it on a campaign or withdraw it.
