Why was my clip rejected?
Brands review every submission, and they can approve it, reject it, or ask you to resubmit.
If a clip is rejected, the brand should give a clear reason. The most common causes are not following the campaign's content rules, posting on a platform the campaign doesn't allow, or a link that doesn't match your verified account.
- Re-read the campaign guidelines and fix the issue the brand flagged.
- Make sure you posted on an allowed platform with your verified account.
- Resubmit within the campaign's window if resubmission is allowed.

How to submit a clip
Post your clip on one of the campaign's allowed platforms, then paste the post link inside the campaign's submission window. Shoot warns you if the link doesn't match an allowed platform.
How to verify your social accounts
Verify each social account before submitting clips on it — usually by placing a bio code on your profile that Shoot reads back, or by connecting the account, so brands can trust your posts and views.
