What happens if you're removed from a Shoot?

Brands can remove a creator from their own Shoot. It's specific to that Shoot, and it doesn't touch your Shoot account, your other campaigns, or money you've already earned.

What changes immediately

  • You lose access to that Shoot's community and chat.
  • You can't rejoin it or join its campaigns.
  • Your approved clips in that Shoot stop counting — paid views freeze at their last reading, and later views don't add to your payout.
  • Any submission still waiting on review is declined.

Your earnings aren't taken away

Earnings you had already accrued are kept and pay out on the normal cycle. Removal stops future earning in that Shoot — it doesn't reverse past earning.

What doesn't change

Your Shoot account, your wallet, your withdrawal methods and everything you're doing in other Shoots carry on exactly as before. Removal is scoped to the one brand's community.

Being let back in doesn't restart earning

If a brand reverses a removal, you regain access — but clips that were frozen stay frozen. They don't resume counting.

If you think it was a mistake

Removal is the brand's decision about its own community, so the brand is the right first stop. If you believe something's gone wrong with your earnings or your account as a result, contact Shoot support.

Frequently asked

Do I lose my earnings if a brand removes me?+

No. What you'd already earned is kept and pays out on the normal cycle. Your approved clips stop counting from that point, so they don't earn anything further.

Does it affect my other campaigns?+

No. Removal applies to that one brand's Shoot. Your account, wallet and any other Shoots you're in are unaffected.

Can I still withdraw?+

Yes. Being removed from a Shoot doesn't restrict your wallet or your withdrawals.

If the brand changes its mind, do my clips start earning again?+

No — clips frozen at removal stay frozen even if access is restored. You'd need to post new clips to earn again.
