Holding or flagging a creator's payout
Approved a clip and then spotted a problem? You have the clearing hold to act.
- Open Payouts, find the clip under Clearing, and press Flag. Say what you found.
- The payout freezes immediately and the Shoot team is messaged. Nothing moves until they decide.
- If the flag is upheld the money returns to your budget; if not, it releases to the creator.
- After the hold clears, the money belongs to the creator and can no longer be flagged.

When and how creators get paid from your campaign
Every 72 hours from approval, what a clip has earned moves into the creator's wallet. It clears 72 hours later. You never send money yourself — it comes out of the budget you funded.
Botted or fake views on a submission
Shoot scores every clip's bot risk from its view timeline. Above the threshold you get a Botted views rejection option that reports the creator to Shoot and can ban them from your Shoot.
