Reviewing submissions: approving and rejecting clips
Every clip submitted to your campaign waits for your decision. Nothing earns until you approve it.

Open Submissions
Pending clips are listed newest-last. Each card shows the post, the creator's connected account, the caption checks, and the views so far.

Approve
Views count from the moment you approve. Fast reviews matter: campaigns that approve within a day get more clips from the same creators.

Reject with a reason
Pick a reason chip or write one. The creator sees it on their clip with a Resubmit button, so a fixable mistake (a missing hashtag, a bio link) comes back fixed rather than lost.
Bulk review
Select several clips and approve or reject them in one go. A rejection reason applies to the whole batch.
A rejection for botted views is different — see Botted or fake views — it reports the creator to Shoot and can ban them from your Shoot.

Resubmissions after a rejection
A rejected clip can come back once as the same post (fixed) or as a new post. You review it like any other submission.
How often are views updated?
Shoot re-checks a clip's views about once an hour for its first 24 hours, then roughly every two hours while it's still earning. Clips that have finalised — capped, ended, or budget-spent — refresh about every 12 hours, so the number you see on Shoot can lag the platform slightly.
